Job Overview:
Grand Bazar is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Perfume Sales Associate to join our team. As a Perfume Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding their perfect fragrance, and achieving sales goals. You will be an expert in our fragrance offerings, able to educate customers on different scent profiles, brands, and products.
Responsibilities: 
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and needs.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on perfumes, colognes, and other fragrance products.
Introduce customers to new and popular fragrances.
Demonstrate proper fragrance application techniques.
Educate customers on fragrance families, notes, and ingredients.
Promote and sell fragrances and related products to meet or exceed sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized fragrance counter and display area.
Replenish stock and ensure products are presented attractively.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Stay up-to-date on new fragrance releases, trends, and industry knowledge.
Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry, is a plus.
Passion for fragrances and knowledge of different scent profiles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in using POS systems.
Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
Preferred Skills: 
Knowledge of various fragrance brands and product lines.
Experience with visual merchandising.
Additional language skills. ​
Physical Requirements: 
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to stock shelves and assist customers.
